Steven Arce
STEVEN ARCE (Willy) was born and raised in San Francisco. His introduction to theater and stage debut were in high school. Since then, he has decided to make a career out of it. He now studies theatre at UCLA. He is also a regular performer at Ultimate Improv in Los Angeles. Some of his notable roles include Nathan Detroit/Big Jule in Guys and Dolls, Martini in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Billy Flynn in Chicago and Jonathan Harker in Dracula. When not on stage, he can be found "chillin" with his friends and performing with That 1 Group, a comedy troupe you can catch on YouTube. Steven would like to thank his family, friends, and everyone that has helped bring him to where he is today.
 
Vincent Byrne

VINCENT BYRNE (Igor Konigsberg) is about to attend his second year at UC Santa Cruz. This is his first production since graduating high school where he played such memorable roles as Van Helsing in Dracula and Charlie Cheswick in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Vinnie is the lead singer of the ska band, King Kraken, who will be playing at the Catalyst Nightclub in early October. He is also a contributor and founding member of the sketch comedy/improv troupe That 1 Group with fellow cast member and comrade, Steven Arce.

 
Leticia Duarte
LETICIA DUARTE (President Quintana Matheson) is delighted to be making her debut with Jerica Productions! A graduate of UCLA and UCSC, Ms. Duarte has worked with Teatro Vision, Actors Ensemble of Berkeley, Woman’s Will, Cuttingball Theatre, Douglas Morrison Little Theatre, Stage 1 Repertory Theatre, Berkeley Repertory Theatre and Willows Theatre Company. Leticia also enjoys acting in the world of commercials, industrials and voice-overs. She also continues her studies with Shakespeare & Company, Berkeley Repertory School of Theatre, & Voice-One Studios. Look for her work in the fall, playing Gertude in San Francisco Shakespeare Festivals’ Hamlet on tour. As a proud Theatre Bay Area Member, she gives you her most heartfelt thanks for supporting live theatre!
 
Adrienne Fraser
ADRIENNE FRASER (Robin Smith) is glad to return to Jerica Productions/The Royal Underground Theater! Adrienne first came to the Jerica Prouductions/The Royal Underground Theater family playing the role of Jenny (Violin) in Stephen Sondheim's musical comedy Company (John Doyle's actor/muso version) in Winter 2009. In the fall of 2008 she wrapped her first independent film, playing the role of Tabitha King in "A Little History," and "Blood & Guts" for A&I Pictures. During that time, she also completed the set design for Saved or Destroyed by Harry Kondoleon preview showing at The Exit Theater Cafe in October 2008. She studies classical and musical theater voice with Kathy McKee, and is also a student with Studio A.C.T. at The American Conservatory Theater.
 
Alex Rodriguez
ALEX RODRIGUEZ (Jack Kahn) - is thrilled to be returning to the "Underground" after performing in their most recent show Company (Peter - Cello/Flute/Clari/Sax). Highlights include: the National Tour of Miss Saigon (Thuy). Regional: Evita (Che), Bat Boy: The Musical (Edgar/Bat Boy), Insignificant Others (Luke - Original Pier 39 Cast and Deluxe Recording), Jesus Christ Superstar (Simon Zealotes - Best Featured Actor Award), 42nd Street (Billy Lawlor), Aida (Mereb), The Pirates of Penzance (Frederic), The Rocky Horror Show (Brad). Workshops: Shadows of Pompeii (Sextus) and Homeland (Raphael). Film: “Chad” in Burn Like Fire (Paperback Films). He thanks all of his friends and family for all of their love and support. “Love the art in yourself, not yourself in the art.” For Pebs, Thuy and most importantly, Alex K for his guidance and inspiration.
 
Andy Shapiro
ANDY SHAPIRO (Professor Whitey McCoy) After several decades of watching great acting on stage and film, Andy decided to pursue acting at age 41. He started off as Candy in Of Mice And Men, and moved on to such roles as Atticus Finch in To Kill A Mockingbird, Oscar in The Odd Couple, the King in Pippin, and Edouard Dindon in La Cage Aux Folles, Scrooge in a Christmas Carol, and Asparagus in Cats.
 
Bree Swartwood
BREE SWARTWOOD (Debbie) is 21 years old and has been a San Francisco local for four years. She attended the Fashion Institiute of Design and merchandising where she majored in Merchandise/marketing and is currently working in the fashion industry. A few of Bree's favorite things include: family, friends (CREW), SF Giants, La Bamba, Loi's pho, Elton John, and last but not least her dogs! Bree is very excited about her stage debut performance in Sophistry!
 
Jonathan Tolentino
JONATHAN TOLENTINO (Xavier "Ex" Reynolds) - As a young child, Jonathan has always had an eye and passion for the creative arts. His active participation in plays, musicals, short films and other music/dance performances, throughout his school years, has allowed him to be a part of the amazing cast and production of Sophistry. As a recent graduate of the University of San Diego, Jonathan is currently pursuing several different ventures. In Oct. 2009, Jonathan will be starring in the television series "The Gentleman's Theori" with Royal Underground producer Enrico Banson along with his esteemed cousin Roland Bordon III. Humbled by every opportunity he is given, hIs aspirations to be an actor is contributed all from the blessings of God, his love for art and creativity along with the constant loving support of his friends and entire family. __________________________________________________
